This Schedule (including the Order Form and the terms and conditions below) supplements the General Terms and Conditions available at https://www.pretzl.com/policies/terms-and-conditions (the “General Terms”).
This Schedule and the General Terms together form the Agreement between the Agency and the Client.
In the event of a conflict between this Schedule and the General Terms, the terms of this Schedule shall prevail, except as expressly stated otherwise.
Capitalised terms not defined in this Schedule have the meaning given in the General Terms.
