This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

We offer a service to our clients that captures and collates information on individuals related to their professional roles. This specifically excludes information like personal email or home address. In providing this service, we are responsible for why and how we collect personal data about you and for how we share it with our clients. Our clients will use the information that we pass to them in accordance with their own privacy notices and we are not responsible for how our clients use the information we provide to them. We work with our clients, however, to ensure that we are processing the personal information and passing it through to them in accordance with data protection law.

If You Fail To Provide Personal Data
Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us but we will notify you at the time.
How Is Your Personal Data Collected?
We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:

Information we receive from third parties | We may receive personal data about you from various third parties and public sources as set out below: 1. These audiences are matched against a criteria such as, for example, people who work for a list of companies with specific roles, or individuals who are matched from a list of email addresses. In these cases we are never able to identify individuals within the anonymised audience. |
Information we collect indirectly – the use of 'information in the public domain' | When we refer to "publicly available sources", we are talking about websites that can be accessed without any special login or subscription or sites that require free login (not subject to any special terms or conditions). How We Use Your Personal Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- Client services, applications and operations: to enter into and perform contracts with clients, suppliers and partners, to provide and receive services, and to manage associated administrative activities such as invoicing, payments and correspondence.
- Marketing and communications: to provide updates, insights and promotional materials about Pretzl and other companies within our group, to manage communication preferences, and to measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing activities.
- Campaign delivery and analytics: to plan, deliver and report on digital marketing campaigns undertaken on behalf of our clients, including the use of cookies, analytics and advertising technologies to understand engagement with content.
- Audience research and enrichment: to develop and enhance aggregated business audience segments and marketing insights using professional contact data and information obtained from publicly available business sources.
- Recruitment and human resources: to manage recruitment, onboarding and employment processes, including reviewing applications, communicating with candidates and maintaining personnel records.
- Website and platform management: to operate, maintain and secure our websites and systems, perform analytics, resolve technical issues and prevent fraud.
- Compliance and governance: to comply with legal, tax and regulatory requirements, manage risk, conduct audits and incident reporting, and cooperate with regulators and law-enforcement bodies where necessary.
- AI-enabled tools: to utilise artificial-intelligence-based systems to support campaign insights, content generation and optimisation. Personal data will not be used to train or enhance underlying AI models.
We have set out below, in table format, a description of all the ways we may use your personal data, and which of the legal bases we would rely on to do so. We have also identified what our legitimate interests would be where appropriate.

Exemption Under Article 14(5)(b)
There may be circumstances where we collect pseudonymized personal data from third parties in order to create focus groups or customer profiles in those circumstances, we reply on the exemption provided under Article 14(5)(b) as the provision of this privacy notice directly would proves impossible as we do not collect the individuals direct identifiers and to do so would involve a disproportionate effort outwith the scope of our intended processing activities.
Direct Marketing
You have the right to stop the use of your personal data for direct marketing activity. Please contact us via the information provided below if you no longer wish to receive marketing communications. You can also do so by visiting our 'unsubscribe' page.
Please note, even if you have opted out of receiving marketing communication from us, we will still continue to send you any necessary information regarding any products of services you continue to have with us or communications we are required to issue in order to fulfil or legal and regulatory obligations.

Change of purpose
We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose.

International Data Transfers
We may share your personal data within our Group. This may involve transferring your data outside of the UK and the European Economic Area (EEA). We have therefore entered into a specific intra-group contract utilising the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual clauses for International data transfers.
Many of our external third-party service providers are also based outside the EEA thus their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the EEA.
Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK or the EEA to these third parties, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
Data Retention
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

No Fee Usually Required

Additional Considerations for California Residents Sale of Personal Information
